This pen does not write with the bold print that we see on television when President Trump signs acts, laws or executive orders into action. I believe that he uses a slanted tipped, black felt pen. Inside of this Donald Trump signature pen is a fine tipped, black ink, ballpoint cartridge. **Q: Is it not made in china?** A: Don't know I gave it as a gift to someone,but it was a big hit and a real nice quality pen. **Q: Where is this pen made?** A: The pen was nice..I had to return the first one because the box was damaged. I HAD one, thought I’d see what kind of a refill would be needed when the time came. Took it apart—BIG MISTAKE‼️‼️ Could NOT get it back together 😩. I have pens that use Cross refills— those are too short. I like the pens so much, I ordered two more😁—guess when or if refills are needed, I’ll take them to the stationary store and see if they know what to do(since I’m 86 years old, I may expire before that’s needed 🤪🤪😊).
