Caldene Tuta PAS015.2011 velvet horse riding hat helmet leather strap

Bought this hat as the standards for competition changed. This complies with the new standard. It is lovely but took a while to get used to as it looks large on your head. My old hat was a smaller shape. It feels lovely and light and very comfortable. Comes with a draw string bag/pouch to keep it clean.

A very good hat at a good priceHowever, be aware that the colour is nearer to maroon the brown, but I'm guessing it might fade to a nice tan colou

This is the second Caldene hat I tried and I just cannot get them to fit. Think I just don't have the right head shape. It's a lovely quality hat otherwise. In contrast I can get two other brands to fit me really well.

Smart hat, but comes up smaller than Caldene prestige. I had to go up a size.

These hats are absolutely gorgeous however, they are very odd sizing, before purchasing one please go to a store where they are sold to try. I ordered one for my son when it arrived it didn't fit at all and it was his size, i went to the nearby store where they was sold to return it only to be advised that they are being sold cheap as they do not fit a lot of people. This review has nothing to do with the seller but the actual brand itself.

This is a very well made and stylish hat, however the sizing is off by 2 cms, I am a 56 cm (6, 7/8) but the size is closer to 54 cms.Had to return for a refund.
