It’s nonmagnetic stainless, I would not anticipate it working.

Is it stainless steel?

It claims on the page description that the bottom is stainless steel. There is no stamp on the pitcher saying so or on the box it comes in. I’ve had it for about a week and it cleans up nicely and no stains or marks yet.
