Can these gloves help with blood flow into the fingers?

I think the tightness of the gloves keeps swelling from arthritis at a minimum . Therefore would keep blood flow stable , if that makes sense .

I would not ever reccomend sleeping in any type of compression materials . Too dangerous medically not reccommended ever.

How long do i need to use before feeling the benefits?

I had a carpal tunnel operation. When I was free from bandages I wore these. Within a week I started to feel a difference in how my hand felt. The pain was much better. If I take them off for a couple of hours my hand starts to hurt/ache. These do the job perfectly

Would these fit under normal gloves for outside wear

Yes I wear gloves over the top of these. No problems. Good gloves do there job well
