I take 2 ml with warm water after meals, and it gives relief within 15–20 minutes. The taste is quite bitter, but that's expected with Ayurvedic medicines. What I like most is that it’s natural and doesn’t cause any side effects. I feel lighter, and my appetite has also improved. If you’re looking for a herbal alternative to antacids, this is definitely worth trying. I’ll continue using it for a few more weeks and will update my review if needed. Highly recommended for those struggling with digestive discomforts.
