## Questions & Answers

**Q: Received fifer today, skin is darker, hair in ponytails, box is totally enclosed not open in front. did i receive a genuine glitter girl?**
A: Hi Tarantino. The dolls that are sent through online purchases come in closed boxes to keep them from getting damaged. You can contact the seller directly to see if they sent you a genuine doll, as without pictures, we are unable to answer. Thank you.

**Q: Does fifer have the same hair color as lacy?**
A: Hi there! Fifer's hair is a slightly different shade of blonde and is slightly paler than Lacy's hair - they are very similar, but not identical. have fun playing in our dazzling world of fun!

**Q: Are the hair rooted or it s just a glued wig?**
A: I got this for my granddaughter in Iowa Christmas of 2019, but I'm pretty sure the hair is rooted into the 'head'. It wasn't just glued on. Very nice dolls!

**Q: do the eyes open and close?**
A: Hi julia. The Glitter Girls dolls have eyes that stay open. They do not open and close. Thank you.
