Effective in inducing calm
Writing the review after taking it for a month now although I am not consistently taking it I usually take it on weekdays n skip the weekends, I feel clear after taking it I don’t feel mental fog, the energy levels stay consistent throughout the day, I have also felt clam most days of taking it, like my mind isnt constantly overthinking things, working on tasks even difficult ones feels clear. Not sure about the long term effects but I think it does work fine havent had anything like this before, I heard about lions mane via Huberman and wanted to try this,

This is a great product, decent price compared to other types of this product. It does help tremendously with focus and keeping you a little sharper. Great natural product to curb some of the effects of ADHD rather than take some of the prescription stuff that makes you super groggy
