Great customer service.

They make them them to order and with covid they didn’t arrive on time for the wedding I needed them for but they were very helpful in helping with making sure I was satisfied. The company called me directly to fix the issue. The actual lollipop was flavorful and looked just like the picture. The stick was shorter then I thought it was gonna be. One other thing I didn’t like was there is a bar code printed on every stick. I wouldn’t have liked that on my wedding candy table.

Shattered and disappointed

Purchased 24 pops for $20 and 10 arrived cracked in half or completely shattered. Unbelievably disappointed as nearly half of what I purchased ended up being completely useless. Being these are ineligible for return, I am out the money spent. Really disappointed as the ones that did arrive are super cute; however, when nearly half the package is useless and damaged it's hard to be happy with the purchase.
