When buying batteries the most important thing to know is to READ THE DIRECTIONS! I'm posting a picture with this review. This battery is great. At least for me. It was compatible with my Toshiba satellite c55, it seems to charge relatively quickly but I guess I haven't timed it. It was easy to install. It only took me twice for it to reach full capacity of 100%. But I'm still going to do it a third time because that's what the directions state to do and I wonder if the few people I saw that said their battery was only reaching 80%, maybe forgot to read the directions and that's why their battery wasn't reaching full capacity. I say this because My battery also only reached 80% on the first charge. After completely discharging it, it charged to 100%. But I'm going to do it one more time just to be on the safe side. Otherwise I have no regrets, and would go with this battery again.

Saved an Oldie!
It was a perfect fit for an old Toshiba C855 laptop. It took all of about one minute to remove old battery and put in the new. It came about 55% charged. Computer recognized it with no problem. I have been cycling as recommended and each cycle shows a little more use time. Up to about 8 hours now, better than original. I will probably buy another one for the other laptop I have. No experience necessary.

Good value for the money!
Bought it December of 2023, still going in 2025, claims it is a 52000 mWh but only shows up as 48600 mWh with SIW software, but that is OK because I mainly run it on charger anyway. Perfect fit and great replacement! I have not tested to see how long it would last on battery alone. I did not use it for 6 months but it still had a 2% charge and charged back up fine!
