you can pretty much run anything honestly. as long as the graphics card is slotted for such. it ran my 1060 extremely well.

Depends on the processor you choose. Most of them come with a stock fan. But the unlocked dont because they figure you are going to overclock and want a water cooler or a bigger fan.
