Absolutely the "Go To"/best manual for Colt Revolvers. Make sure you have the correct volume for which series of revolvers you have. In fact, since they are no longer in print, I bought an extra set of each volume. Very detailed and easily read instructions.

A Colt Shop Manual You Need
One of the Colt absolute necessary pistol books. It is concise and has the needed information for working on a Colt double action pistol.

This is a far better source of information for working on a 1911 pistol than I have seen elsewhere. The author is very knowledgeable about this subject.
