I'm an ultra-distance runner who has finished the Marathon des Sables, Jordan Telecom Desert Cup, multiple UTMB qualifiers and Ultra-X races. Raced on all seven continents and done Eco-Challenge and Raid Gauloises. Former Army Ranger. Because of all this, I've spent a lifetime learning and relearning how to care for my feet in adverse environments.I first used KT Tape Pro Extreme tape in the 139-mile Ultra-X Sahara race. I developed significant blisters on the back of both feet from river crossings during the race. The KT Tape Pro Extreme was applied by medical staff volunteers from the race organization to hold blister dressings in place inside my socks.This race threw everything at us: sand storms, dune crossings, river crossings, floods. Every factor that leads to foot problems in a multi-day ultra-distance race was present. Medics applied KT Pro Extreme Tape on day 2 of the race. It stayed in place well throughout the third stage, a punishing 34-mile run over flat desert with several river crossings due to flash floods. The combination of wet and sandy feet is a worst case, but the KT Pro Extreme Tape worked perfectly. Despite being soaked in river crossings, the tape proved to have excellent water resistance and be sticky enough to remain in place, but not too difficult to remove. It is also very stretchy and conforms to foot and body shapes perfectly.KT Tape Pro Extreme is now a permanent part of my foot care kit at ultras.

Wonderful, I have an injured ankle. The ankle brace becomes uncomfortable and tight. The kt tape keeps my ankle secure when walking and doing aerobics.

Excellent product, lasts for about 7 days or so, it’s water resistance and works pretty well. You can exercise, sweat, it can be the hottest day outside and will stay on.

Great tape, would have preferred beige, but it was not available. Beige would have given this 5 stars.

Pleased with KT roll tape. Product is much easier to use than the previous precut shoulder tape I purchased.Again--happy with KT Roll tape.

Works great and water resistant

I like the Pro Extreme because it seems like it has much stricter hold than the original KT Tape. I only tape when traveling and don't leave it on for more than a day.

Before I wrote this review, I contacted the seller but received no response. This tape is so sticky that you can barely remove it from your skin and the tape irritates the skin to the point that you can't tape them again. I have used other KT tape without any issues, but this batch. is defective as it rips the skin if you are not careful. The sticky part has to be removed with baby oil otherwise you cannot get the adhesive off your legs. This product is defective.
