Product is really good. I weight 97kg and it can easily bear my weight and the weight of my trainees who are a little heavier. Although the comments say 120kg max weight, I prefer it be under 100kg for safety. My only complaint is there is no instructions on how to set up the suspension trainer. I had to look up other tutorials to see how to set up. The package contains the suspension trainer system and a small card that contains a description of the different exercises to be done.

Used it for short period now and feels like a good sturdy product.

I am giving 4.5 stars. I reduced .5 for lack of documentation. I have original TRX but had to buy this on India travel. It is not as easy as original to lengthen or shorten the straps. The handles also does not rotate smoothly as original. So you can feel some roughness while doing curls. Instructions: 1. The main hook goes into the loop, either in door hanger, extension or mail hanging cable(with hook) don’t attach hook to hook. Just the main hook into fabric loop. 2. Safety first: Always check that straps are secure and able to bear the load. 3. For door hanger: your weight should close the door, not open it. Otherwise you will fall if door opens accidentally. Also hang it near door hinge, that joint is strongest. 4. Ideally main hook should be set at 6 or 7 ft, but may not be possible on door hanger. Overall satisfied with the product, gets the job done.

Strong and Sturdy nice....using it regularly with comfort

Rip off of the original TRX trainer. But the keeping the price point in mind, its gets the job done. Been using it for a few days now, n so far so good. The material seems to be sturdy n durable. The only two drawbacks r- 1) the foot cradle. They could be a little bit more elongated. 2) the single anchor point could be a bit more smooth

I like the product but has no instructions , I learned how to use online.
