Just would not go even though the power supply showed it had power. I was able to ship to Maytronics on a Monday (at my expense) and they fixed it and sent it back the same week. They even replaced items that were not a problem such as the rubber tracks. I was surprised at how good the warranty is as you don't see many like it these days.
