Will this gun be able to nail 2"x4" to a concrete floor?

Actually this gun is only meant for metal track instead of 2"x4". For commercial construction because nails only come in 3/4" up to 1 1/2".

how many inches are the pins for this track fast?

.5" for steel, .75" for concrete. These are for a Hilti. I don't know if a Fast Track uses the same, though I suspect it would.

How much for a used hilti gun a gx120

There should be a big influx of availability with Hilti replacing them with a newer model. Tough call on value of a used. So many variables. Maybe 60 to 65% of new.
