Simply microwave for 45 seconds and serve over hot, freshly cooked pasta and enjoy! This Dolmio Pasta Twists contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and helps you create a delicious, wholesome meal that can be enjoyed any day of the week. Less time cooking means more time together. Ingredients Cooked fusilli pasta (99%) (water, durum wheat semolina, emulsifier (mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids)), sunflower oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). May contain: mustard, soya. Directions Hob Bring 2tbsp of water to the boil in a sauce pan. Empty the pasta into the pan. Cover and simmer for about 3 mins until water is absorbed. Stir gently and serve. Review: Ec - Obviously not quite as good as pasta you've cooked yourself but it's excellent for quick, easy pasta salad without the washing up. I use it all the time just put it in a dish after microwaving it, and add the dressing of your choice while it's still hot, it soaks up a little of the dressing which makes it tastier, let it cool and add whatever else you're adding depending on what type of pasta salad you want. My current favourite is BBQ chicken, red onions, sweetcorn, red peppers and tomatoes, all added to the pasta that has been dressed in thousand island dressing, with the rest of the dressing mixed with some lemon juice poured over at the end, it's very delicious and ready so quickly and lasts well in the fridge for a couple of days if you want to make it ahead of time.

**Q: Can I eat the pasta straight from the packet in a salad**
A: The makers don’t say you can but I’ve eaten the pasta straight from the packet. It’s a little more al dente than you’d want, perhaps, but you can eat it. It’s also a little stickier than you'd want in a salad ideally. You’d have to break up the clumps in the packet before you open it.  If you’re serving to guests, you’d probably want to serve pasta cooked in a pan and rinsed before you served it. If you’re serving it at a picnic, nobody will notice. If you mix it up well with the other ingredients, nobody will notice.

**Q: How long can these be stored for**
A: It depends on the best before date. The last ones I got were good for about 6 months.

This is a quick snack to make and you can add anything you want to it. We have used it in Cream of Tomato soup. With pasta sauce and on it own. But would not recommend on it own as it has no flavour or taste as such so better with something. Price on S&S not to bad. Great for people who do not want to cook all the time.
