Great marble run! It’s kept my child’s attention since we opened it. We’ve rebuilt it in so many different designs. It’s much more sturdy than I expected and, surprisingly, quite easy for my (almost) 4 year old to put together. Great toy to help foster creativity and critical thinking skills.

This is larger than the product which we bought a few years ago. It is made for a slightly larger marble as well. So buying it did not add to the pre-owned set but it supplanted it.....

The media could not be loaded. My parents always say the best toys are the ones that used to be sold door-to-door when I was growing up (in the 90s). Our marble works was indestructible growing up, and nothing I've found is quite as sturdy, but this the closest it comes! I've tried a couple of other brands that don't stay together, but the pieces in this fit together securely. We have had this set for 3 years now, and it's held up great. We store them in a large under the bed storage container and encourage our kids to build and play within the container, so we don't get marbles everywhere and it does the trick! One of the spinners doesn't work well (on the green piece in the video) but other than that, no complaints.

Great quality, translucent plastic parts that fit together snuggly. The swirly "toilet bowl" is amazing. My 3yr old loves it!

Got this set in April 2018 (for my 8th birthday). Still survives perfectly

First off, let's talk about the product itself. This marble run is perfect. The pieces fit together exactly as I would want them to do so: not too tight and not too loose. They stay together snugly enough so that nothing comes apart unintentionally and at the same time my 2 year old can pull the components apart with no problems when she is building something. Of course as you build your marble run up higher and higher you do have to support the different parts you've built with support legs. That's just physics. You have to support what you've built or gravity is going to take it out of commission. My kids and I opened this maze up last Friday morning and we literally spent the entire day playing with it without watching any TV. That's how much fun this marble run is. Also, we had so much fun that it quickly became clear to me that this was a toy we would be playing with for a long time to come so I quickly went and ordered some booster packs such as the bases, the sky high circles, and the Marble Genius booster set.This brings us to my comment on customer service. The one additional part that I really wanted to buy was the Tubes! Tubes! Tubes! booster set which contains extra of the straight tube pieces. Like I said previously, it becomes pretty obvious to you very quickly that if you want to build a very tall marble run that you will need a lot of the straight tube pieces so that you can build up support for the components at the top of the marble run. Unfortunately, I scoured the Internet and couldn't find the tubes set anywhere at all. I went to the Marble Genius website and found the "Contact Us" link and I sent an e-mail to the company where all I did was just simply ask when they thought that the Tubes! Tubes! Tubes! set would likely be in back in stock again. Within 15 minutes of that e-mail (on a Friday night mind you), I got a reply from Jeff who told me to give him my address and that he was going to send me out some free tubes to help me out. Three days later, I received a shipment from Amazon which included a Marble Genius Starter Set for free to help me out with my tubes dilemma. My kids and I quickly opened it up and added it to the Super Set that we already had building a tower that was all the way up to my head six feet off the ground. If that's not just the greatest customer service on the face of this Earth then I don't know what is.Buy this product confidently and know that you are going to get a great product that will be backed by perfect customer service if for some reason you have any issue at all with anything related to this product.
