Initially I did not like this product. You have to know how to use it. It works very well. I am 53 and my libido is very strong from this product. It takes about 3 days to build the level you need. I buy the bark not powder. Powder probably works just as well. I grind the bark in a coffee grinder. Small pieces at a time. I grind a 1/3rd of the bag. Take it to work. I use a teaspoon a day in a tea bag I also bought on Amazon. I let it sit for at least 30 mins in a cup of hot water or add the tea bag to my existing tea. After 3 days my libido is strong without any weird side affects. They sell this in the Caribbean on road shacks for a reason. I think this is a natural way to raise your testosterone. My work outs in the gym are stronger as well. I was a very strong skeptic. Now I will always use this product. It's a natural gift from the Creator.
