This packing can last upto 30-45 days depending on how much you consume. The less days you take to consume will get more good results. A pack you need not to think before consuming - how much to take to meet you months budget. Spending 2k every month is not a big amount to maintain or make your muscles grow. But, If you think you take any supplement and sleep and that will make your muscles grow, then no supplement is ideal for you. You can prepare this shake before sleep and consume it in mid sleep. oats soak liquid and get thick, i prefer to add them before consuming. Adding peanuts and almonds provide healthy fats to your body to fulfil your body fat needs. Or you can take 1 spoon flax seed oil to nourish you body with omega 3,6,9 each day. Make sure you Consume it with your 2500-3500 calorie diet each day // devided into 5-6 small meals every 3 hrs. Each meal should have 20 grams protein n adequate carbs to meet your daily needs and to make your ​muscles to grow. Protein need is 2 grams per kg body weight. So, if you are 80 kg take then take 160 grams protein a day from your diet and supplement both. Take atleast 30-50 grams or protein from your raw diet in breakfast lunch dinner meals. When you have to grow muscles or get gains, you have do extra than regular. Eat more meals // do more muscle breaking exercise // drink more liquids // sleep more to get muscle repair // feed protein every 3 hrs to get gains going. Feed you body like a baby, you have to feed your body every 2-3 hrs with protein n carbs and healthy Fats to get gains going or to maintain muscles. Take at least one meal full of raw vegetables/salads/fruits a day. Any supplement you buy is a dietary supplement means it is a diet based supplements, atleast it need you take 2000 calorie from your diet each day and rest can be fulfilled by the supplements. Okay, So I got the product with a below average packaging. The mixibility hi good I didn't find any lumps. The taste is quite like a dark chocolate shake and it's not too sweet which is a concern for some people. Now talking about the results:- So I am 5'6'' natural bodybuilder and workout 5 days a week for 1.5hrs everyday. Well this mass gainer helped me during muscle gaining phase and I gaind around 3 kg of muscle mass(no fat) along with a good diet and properly planned workout. So overall a good mass gainer in this price range.

Bought this product from Amazon and was not sure about results. Tried this for first time. Before it I was using Optimum Nutrition Muscle Mass (bought from flipkart). I am a hard gainer so gave mass gainers a try. ON is a really good international brand but didn't work for me. Hard Luck. 5600rs. Waste. Then I tried this one. Using since last 15 days and started getting positive results. Gained (1.8-2.0 kgs) a nice amount of mass. Must give it a try. One more reason is that a famous indian brand MuscleBlaze also costs us somewhat near ON. This is also cheaper on your pocket. Note: Everybody has different body metabolism. This product working for me perfectly. Will it work For you, you should give a try and check out for yourself.
