The balloons were of a fair quality although they did leave a Rather strong smell on your hands if handled for a long time. Used store bought helium to inflate and there were no leaks and the balloons stayed inflated. The banner is the best part of the kit, although you do have to inflate these using a straw and under your own power. The way you do inflate these was quite tricky as you have to puncture through the inside of the balloon valve with the straw, which once done more than a handful of times made the strength of the straw weaken and this action became quite difficult.The stars were a little smaller than I thought but that didn’t pose any issues for me. ### ⭐ Hole in the number balloon *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 July 2019* Inflated these balloons in the morning of my partners 30th birthday and was very disappointed. I inflated the small balloons first then attempted the numbers. I tried to inflate the 0 and to my surprise there was a hole in it!!! The surprise of having a nice display of balloons was ruined!!
