Perfect gift for someone who appreciates flowers and edible flower recipes.Recipes range from simple syrups; rose and turmeric latte; lavender and orange cheesecake; rose lassi; candied petals and petal powders.This is a small book packed with some great introductory/beginner recipes but is probably too simple for experienced chefs, bakers and mixologists.
