It is reliable scale, I had a smaller portable collapsible kind of same company scale, (Tuffiom) Decided to get another one for front store. This one doesn’t collapse. Digital head is the same. I recommend to anyone in action delivery and in store users.

This electronic scale has been an excellent purchase. It is very accurate when measuring the weight and turns on automatically when you get on, which is very practical. It has a modern and slim design, easy to store or leave in sight in the bathroom. The digital screen is large and clear, ideal even for using it in low light. In addition, it turns off by itself after a few seconds, saving battery. It works perfectly and looks very good!

This scale is terrible; the display doesn't work. When I tried to return it, I couldn't. I advise everyone not to buy this model.

My employer has one of these and we just bought a second. I had tried out other smaller scales but they didn't have the same accuracy that this one did and my larger boxes fit perfectly on it and I'm never concerned that it will fall off or the scale will read wrong. I love the fact that it's backlit so even if I don't have ideal lighting I can still see really well. There is an on/off switch if you need it and you can measure in lbs or KG I think it was. I always use lbs in the US. The scale itself is SUPER SHARP around the corners so be really careful, I cut myself really deep putting this together but I should've paid more attention. I blame it on user error.

This really works well. I love the cost calculator for products. we have 2 of these that we use for weighing flakes of hay to control feed quantities. It has a large platform that will hold an entire bale if needed, yet accurate enough to measure very small amounts of vitamins. But: I suggest very strongly, if you buy one, take a small file or emery cloth and smooth/round the edges on the underside of the table. I cut my finger clear to the bone. It just took a few minutes to correct the workmanship.

I owned it for 1 week now. Some cons: 1. no instructions on how to assemble it (even though it seems easy) 2. there's no place to hide the extra wire - then I figured out I had to tie wrap it underneath the cover (at the bottom) to hide it. 3. the power inlet cannot be pushed all the way in and the connector is still sticking out, and the switch is just 1 inch away from it, it might be a safety issue. Other than that, some good things: weighing scale is accurate. Also, the key pressed in comfortably. The stainless steel cover looks elegant. The price is UNBEATABLE. I hope these issues can be addressed in the near future. If these are improved, im sure it can be a really great product. Overall , a 4 point product. Updates after about 7 months of ownership. The battery runs low (it was a stong battery though) and the AC Plug is 5v. Charged for 48 hours but the battery level isn't getting any better. I think they need a better plug than this. The customer support was pretty good, that they sent a new plug to me. However it did't work. Most likely it's the battery that's bad. I should probably say it's dead on arrival as it would charge the first time I plugged it in.
