What size would you recommend if my daughter is almost 2 years old wears size 4t in shirts , 3t in shorts ? Around 32 pounds

I bought my niece the 4-5… she is almost the same as the ones u described. It’s very stretchable so it will adjust. It has a liner inside that doesn’t make them itch. I loved it

Is the 1-2 year old size good for an 18mon old?

It depends on the size of your child. It might be a bit big.
