Is it as genuine as the picture profile?

It's pretty accurate, I would say that the picture is slightly darker in shade and the neck is longer on the picture but the one you get has a more accurate neck as the one in the movie is more fitted rather than baggy. But this mask is cast from the movies mask, so you can't get any more accurate than this.

Is this product delivered in a box?

They are supplied in clear bags with a Trick or Treat Tag on the mask, very few Trick Or Treat studios lines come boxed. We do however ship in boxes to avoid and damage in transit.

Is this mask the real mask from halloween move 2018

This is a Copy from the mould of the original mask from the newest Halloween movie.

Is the mask tight around the neck because ive seen other masks which look silly around the neck when worn or displayed

No. The mask is pretty floppy, has a very slight chin and doesn't have a jaw line. It just merges into the neck. Pretty disappointing to be honest. You can probably discount reviews older than a couple of months when the price dropped sharply. If you look at the September 2019 reviews they are mostly one star.
