It's Perfect!
I was so happy to get this before Christmas! I had one growing up and decided to get another one for my snowman decor next to the Christmas tree. Also for my own nostalgia! It's beautiful!

Great product, if you’re sent the right one!
I can only speak to its looks for now, as it’s unused until Christmas when my son will open it. It looks very beautiful and structurally sound! This product looses one star from me because I was originally sent a product I could not use! The original one I was sent was missing a bold, frame was bent, and some of the wood was cracked. Based on other reviews, this seems common. I’m guessing it was a bad batch? The original one was built in 2017. The new one I was sent is 2028, so clearly they fixed whatever the issue was. Amazon made it easy to return and reorder. So be warned, you could be sent a faulty product, but I think it’s worth trying to get the newer, quality one. Hopefully they are no longer sending the faulty ones! I will update this review to speak to its usage and durability. Happy holidays!

Nice replacement for my childhood one
This sled seems well made and durable, just like the one I had during my childhood. So far we’ve had it out once following a heavy snow and ice storm. Waxed the rails with an old candle and this thing flew down the hills. It’s not for the powdery, fluffy snow. Works well when the snow is heavy and packed down. It steered as I remember and seems like it will hold up.

Still the BEST
I remember from my childhood the hours of sledding fun and I wanted to let my kids enjoy the same. Happy to say the Flexible Flyer from my childhood is still the same quality sled today. I inscribed a not on the bottom of the sled for them to find in time, what a wonderful memory we shared as a family.

This was bought for the nostalgia. I was delighted to see a fully functional sled. hopefully my grandkids will have as much fun on this as I had on mine....back in the day!
