My actual first use was to sleep on it, as we were having guests overnight. Comfortable. Would be great for yoga as well!

I have just started yoga so decided to buy my own mat. The product is as described but it is quite thick & I find it hard to balance on it. The mat has grooves which actually make my eyesight slightly blurred when I’m looking at it. The product is good but it’s my lack of knowledge that the mat I chose wasn’t correct for me.

I have just started doing Yoga and had bought a mat from a store but did not realise it was only 5ft long, so decided to check Amazon for a longer one this one only had 9 reviews but all 5* so I bought one and I am quite happy with it not too thin and nice and comfy.

I have been doing yoga for a number of years and needed a new mat. Y7 Concept products were recommended to me by a friend. This is by far the best yoga mat I have used. Clearly a high quality product, very comfortable when exercising. Comes with a handy carry bag making it easy to take to the gym. Highly recommended.

I love this yoga mat! Not only is the thickness perfect it also looks super stylish and is of a high quality. The carry case included is also really convenient for carrying to the class but if you'd rather not use the case there is also a carry strap included instead.Five star!

I just got the mat, tested it and feels nice. The bad thing is that I only got the carry bag, and not the carry strap, which is annoying! :(
