Good product but poor delivery
The item is really useful with a fibre insert so the oil seaps through therefore not spilling out everywhere. Only issue was the farce of the delivery. It took days as Royal Mail messed around plus considering we have Prime it is not impressive.

best thing I have bought
I came across this on you tube. Perfect for cleaning and lubricating my tools and help them stop rusting in the shed.

Simple oil applicator that works.
It's a small plastic bottle with a cotton wick. The sort of thing that could easily sell for 50p. The large wick is good for applying the oil to flat surfaces (such as knives) but isn't so good at getting into corners and the more intricate parts of garden tools.

A great product
This arrived from Japan in five days faster than other goods ordered from the UK. I have used this to apply a thin layer of Camellia oil to my Japanese pruning saws to protect them from rust. The applicator works well and is very frugal with the precious oil but still gives even coverage. The compact unit does not take up a lot of space in my knife bag and is essential after using my valuable tools. .This nifty little applicator is thoroughly recommended.

Great help, would be nice to have "best practices" manual
Great help with oiling knives. It would be nice if it came with some sort of basic manual with info how much to fill, what angles are best to use it at etc. It's simple in construction but a bit confusing for those new to it and there's barely any materials on usage online.

Great Product for carbon steel bonsai tools
I bought this to apply camellia oil to my Japanese carbon steel Bonsai tools. It works very well! and it applies a nice thin layer of oil to the surface. It helps conserve the valuable camellia oil. This will protect my tools and knives from rusting when applied regularly. Works as an oil applicator and oil storage bottle.

I love it, my woodshop teacher had one exactly like this and Im glad I was able to find one too! (seemingly no hardware store sells anything like this) Great price and it works perfectly! Im sure it'll last for awhile. on a side note be careful not to overfill as I did, it leaked due to that. Once I emptied it a bit it sealed and was perfect.
