Review: More than happy with the product - A very good product. High quality, well designed and handles balance the weight of the kadai very well and they take some time to get heated so you can hold them for the first few minutes while stirring. Using and Cleaning it almost every day, found no issues so far. Melted butter, made upma, made a few curries, never had burning concerns, as I did all of these on a low flame of big burners or medium flame of smaller burners. Go for it blindfolded if you can cook on medium or low flame. I did deep frying on low flame too as oil gets heated very quickly.

A very good product. High quality, well designed and handles balance the weight of the kadai very well and they take some time to get heated so you can hold them for the first few minutes while stirring. Using and Cleaning it almost every day, found no issues so far. Melted butter, made upma, made a few curries, never had burning concerns, as I did all of these on a low flame of big burners or medium flame of smaller burners. Go for it blindfolded if you can cook on medium or low flame. I did deep frying on low flame too as oil gets heated very quickly.
