Keep in mind that the brunette female is an experienced yoga practitioner thus some of the exercises might be advanced looking to beginners, but the narrator walks the viewer through warm ups, basics, breathing techniques, and positions such as bridge and warrior. This one is a keeper. The workout is about 45 minutes, which fills a niche in my collection of yoga DVD's. I have multiple other options for 20-30 minutes, or one hour. Most of the moves were easy, beginner level, and some were new to me, which kept it interesting. Tree and dancer were challenging enough for me, but at 63, my balance is better some days than others. But they are still beginner asanas. My only complaint is that the model on the cover is not the same as the model in the video. I think this is insulting to the one in the video. Did they think she was not pretty enough for the cover? They are both beautiful.
