Overall, a really sturdy embroidery hoop, perfect for any skill level and can elevate embroidery projects to the next level. My only issue is that typically half of the pack of hoops are insanely difficult to twist open. Each has a screw at the top to loosen the hoop and add fabric inside but can be very hard to untwist.

These are so easy to decorate for any occasion. I'm a weaver & used up some of my samplers off the loom for Christmas. I cut circles out, larger that the hoop, glued them to the hoop, put the top back on, added a sticky wrreath, ribbon bow & gold cord. Instant Christmas ornament & it didn't take much time. For Easter, Valentine's Day, etc., just use different colors of your handwoven samples. They are also great for reference, hanging on the wall, when you want to weave something else on your loom, especially an overshot pattern, you can see them all at once instead of digging through a box of samplers.
