Does this take care of split ends and add shine and doesn't leave sticky serum build up and dullness?

Split ends? It depends not sure., Shine? Great lust and not sticky. A little amount on palms of the hand goes a long way.

I can't read the directions do i put this in dry or wet hair is it a leave in how much do i need to use etc etc

I use it for wet and dry hair and I use one pump of it and that’s it. It all depends on the length of the hair and how much you feel like it needs.

Does it work on straight hair? I just want something to help the frizz.

I have fine straight hair, and yes it works. Just make sure you don't use too much and start at the ends and work your way up, avoiding your roots. This product works best when you blow dry.
