XEN-TAN Classic Dark Lotion, 5 Fl Oz

I like the product. However I prefer the previous tube rather than the current cheap plastic pump bottle. I have purchased twice in this bottle and BOTH have broken. I have to move lotion to a different bottle to use.

I did not like this the first time I used it because it felt sticky. But,...... I used it again the following evening and shook it up well; what a difference! It made a big difference because it was no longer sticky and is easy to use. You only need a little bit as it spreads well. I only wish the results were just a little darker. Otherwise, I do like this, and I use it a few times per week. Just be sure to shake it up well before using.

I have historically used the Xen-Tan brand and was a very happy customer. The self-tanner gave me an instant olive-colored glow and smelled really nice. The newer version doesn't give the same color instant bronze and doesn't go on as smoothly. Not quite as happy now, but I still like the smell.

Xen tan is a product line I have used for years and the product itself it top notch. However, they have recently changed their website and reduced their product line to a handful of what is probably their top pics. The bottles are no longer brown and white, but a beautiful purple color . I researched to see which product was "like" the one I used to get, such as classic dark, deep bronze luxe, etc. Previously these lotions used a squeeze tube, but these new bottles have a pump top (so already....wasteful). While the product is still good, the new dispenser is not. It "spurts" out the product in very tiny spurts and it is a bit watery. The small spurts mean it is messy and takes a lot of pumps to get enough product out. Which means it takes up more of my time to apply. I am not happy to the point that I will either buy the old bottles where available, or switch to another product.

Still reeling that this company discontinued their Moroccan Oil line, I tried this product after having also tried Clinique which was highly rated. Happily, I am very pleased with this XenTan product-I use one squirt diluted with moisturizer for my face to even out my skin tone and create a perfectly mild-tan complexion with absolutely no orange or red tint. That's what makes Xen Tan products so special-the olive undertone that looks utterly natural. I won't stray again.

This is the BEST and only self tanner I will use and I've tried a lot of them. Never orange or unnatural, it gives a beautiful olive toned color that looks good even on the fairest skin. It's life changing and I hope it never gets discontinued!

Gives a dark olive tan last for 4 days have used it for years !

After loving Xen-tan for years I will no longer purchase this product. They have changed the formula and it no longer has the olive-greenish color that gives a realistic-looking tan. Also, even though I'm very fair, the old formula had just the right amount of color guide to give me a great look. The color of the cream is much lighter now so it's harder to see if you've missed a spot...and with this new formula I always seem to have missed spots. Why change a great product? I'd love to find the old formula and buy it but it seems to be gone.
