Beatiful Color
The pictures of the product did not do it justice. I original thought it was a shiny gold color. It was hard to find a decent gold faucet and shower set so I thought "whatever, I need it urgently anyway". After the contractor installed it in our renovated bathroom, it turned out very well. The color was more of a matte finish. It compels water marks (less cleaning. YAY!). It's beautiful! I would highly recommend it.

Had unit close to two years needed a cartridge replaced service was easy and time frame was reasonable. They stood by their product which was great.

Heads and hose are plastic, gold color is way off from pictures
Got this in the mail and the color is way off from the pictures online, definitely nor nearly as "gold" and yellow toned as online, which some people may like. Mine has more of a grey/champagne tone to it. This set seems like a good value but feels fairly cheap in the hand. Dont know if I will risk installing because i don't want to have to replace it after ruining fresh tile to install it. The heads are plastic and the hose is smooth colored plastic, totally cheap looking. Most of the other parts are metal and feel okay. Packaged well.
