Be sure you order based on your waist measurement, using the manufacturer’s size chart...if not, you WILL be disappointed! If you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of yarn or anything long enough to wrap around your waist...maybe a belt. Then, measure that with a yard stick or measuring tape.I really like that it has adjustable straps and 3 rows of hooks so I’ll be able to make adjustments as I tone. The straps are also removable.My core really does get nice and sweaty while wearing the trainer...my only problem has been turning it around in the laundry in time for my next workout!
