ALIGNMED Women's Zipper Posture Sports Bra | Support & Posture Corrector | Improve Shoulder & Body Strength | Pain Relief

I bought this for my daughter based on her orthopaedic doctor's recommendation after she sprained her rotator cuff. She said it was uncomfortable at first, because of where the band fell on her injured shoulder - however, even before she began physical therapy (a couple weeks after getting this bra) she noticed a difference in her shoulder alignment and the fit of the bra on the injured side. It was much more comfortable as the bra did it's job of correcting her shoulder alignment. When you injure your rotator cuff, your shoulder starts to kind of hunch forward to compensate and prevent pain, but the bra pulled it back to where it should be. The only con we have is that the little piece of material that is supposed to fit under the bottom of the zipper to prevent chafing doesn't stay very well.

This product was recommended by a friend however its truly not suited for anyone larger than a B cup size. I wear a D cup size and the front zipper was so painful that I had to put bandaids on my skin to prevent a blister. I got one anyway. It was comfortable around the shoulders and I liked the design of the back but it simply doesn't have enough support for larger breasted women. I appreciate the three hook closure on the front prior to zipping but the zipper is bulky and this can't be worn under thin clothing without looking odd. It needs an inner breast support to lift rather than just smush. Also with bigger boobs this bra creates a lot of boob sweat in between and requires you to button all the way up in a professional setting. For the price I expected a better fit. We'll see how returning goes.

This bra feels fabulous! I’ve actually only tried it on, but the back straps, I know, will help my “aching back” so much!! I am ordering 4 more for my daughter and 3 nieces….hopefully it will help their not so good posture!!!!!!!

Like many other reviewers, I found that how snug this thing is will take getting used to, but I did have a problem zipping it up: it took me several tries to hold the material around my d-cups long enough to even get the zipper connected in the first place! After I finally got the whole thing on and the zipper locked in place I commented to my mother that merely putting this on in the morning had been my workout for the day. In addition, and the reason I think it could stand to have a bit more coverage (or a larger size) is this: According to the size chart, my 190-and-then-some pounds and D cups mean I should be wearing an XL... incidentally the largest size offered on Amazon. And with an XL, my boobs are bulging out the top a little. Not a lot, not to the point of them trying to escape like they've done in some of my supposedly "full coverage" bras, and if I can get them separated this bra fits fine (until I bend over and gravity plus the bra's compression pushes them back into a uniboob). I don't MIND having a uniboob, except when it results in excess sweat, but there really needs to be more material along the front to avoid that bulging. (Anybody care to recommend an insert that can KEEP them separated while I go about my day? Everything I've found so far either means buying a new bra or wearing something while I sleep.)

I purchased the size that was indicated (M for a 34c) However, it still doesn’t fit well. It rides up on me, indicating the band is too big. The cup size is too small. It does not correct my alignment. It feels no different than a regular sports bra but with a worse fit. The hooks and zipper works well. It was over priced.

I got this bra yesterday and although I feel a little uncomfortable, when I switch back to my other bras I feel my posture change back to it's old ways. So my guess is that it takes some getting used to. I do feel my shoulders drop back almost immediately. Basically your body will be sore at first, because it is adjusting to a different way of being. I will update in a month if it I feel differently though. I am a 32DD and I got the Medium size. Fits snug and no bouncing or suffocating feeling. It is a bit restrictive and squished near the top, causing some sweatiness but I think it is why there is no bounce. I think you just cant it all. There is some uniboob when zipped all the way up ...but remember if you are working out you dont want your boobs in the way. So I think it does its job but dont expect it to be a normal bra. If you want a bra that will help your posture while you are at a desk and it also doubles as a sports bra, this is the bra for you. If you want a bra that gives you cleavage, while also supporting and not bouncing, this is not the bra for you. It is a working bra, not a going out bra. BUT you can adjust it and zip it up or down slightly so if you are getting sweaty a slight unzip will solve that real quick. Also, one tip, when putting it on, use the clips first and then zip up. I thought it didnt fit at first because i couldnt zip it up, but once you do the clips one by one, the zipping is no problem.

There is no posture features on this sports bra than on any other sports bra I've tried, PLUS, there is the VERY ATTRACTIVE uni-boob look we all strive for :( I should have returned it, but I was leaving for vacation and did not get back in time to do so. Would love it if AMZ allowed 60 days for returns.

I finally decided to wash my AlignMED Posture Sport Bra. I have been using it everyday for I don't know how long. Really! As soon as I put it on in the morning, my body feels so much better. My back is straighter and the comfort is just amazing. I am 5'6 " tall. Weigh 135 lbs. and my torso is very small. I wear 38B bra, and the one that I ordered is a "LARGE". Fits comfortably and it is just perfection to my taste. I also want to mentioned that underwires and bands around your torso are so uncomfortable to me and that is why I also would like to say that this is really comfortable in that area. I got some pictures to show you. When I get done paying for this one, I am getting one in White. I am so happy to have a Bra that really works for me. I did get bigger breast pads so it will complement my body when I am out and about. Finally, 'GET THIS POSTURE SPORT BRA", you won't regret it. Tan pronto me lo pongo por la mañana, mi cuerpo se siente mucho mejor. Mi espalda está más recta y la comodidad es simplemente increíble. Mido 5'6 ". Peso 135 libras y mi torso es muy pequeño. Uso el sujetador que mide 38B y escoji el "GRANDE". Se adapta cómodamente y es perfecto para mi gusto. También quiero mencionar que los aros y las bandas alrededor del torso me resultan muy incómodos y por eso también me gustaría decir que este sujetador es realmente cómodo en esa zona. Tengo algunas fotos para mostrarle. Cuando termine de pagar por este, me compraré uno de color blanco. Estoy muy feliz de tener un sujetador que realmente me funciona. Compré aumentadores para los senos para lucir más grandes y para que complementen mi cuerpo cuando estoy fuera de casa. Ultimamente, 'CONSIGUESE ESTE SUJETADOR DEPORTIVO PARA LA POSTURA',. . . . . no te arrepentirás.
