If you are cutting salt. If you want the healthy properties without a strong cumin taste, this works well for me. I just got this but already it has been put in my hummus with Aleppo pepper & sumac and really perks it for snacking. I also use this mix on salads. It also can be added to a everything bagel mix along with some Aleppo pepper to cut the salt content.

This is a great thing to take to keep you and your immune system healthy. Hospitals in the middle east actually prescribe it for patients. I grind it in a coffee grinder and mix it with apple cider vinegar and vegetable juice and drink it that way. Very delicious and super healthy. The label states "Cures everything except death", funny but I believe it is true.

I read about black cumin seeds from Dr. Michael Greger / nutritionfacts.org. I am starting to grind them in my pepper grinder and am hoping for some great effects.

I've picked this product because it has nice rating. The item seemed fine at the beginning. I received it on time. The taste is specific, but I got used to it. I wasn't paying attention at the beginning, but today I grabbed my spoon to eat some of it and discovered small worms among caraway. I didn't keep the item open and stored it at the proper place. My house and kitchen are clean. Very disappointed in a product .

I used it and it was great. Very very clean. The only thing that I did Nit like was expiration date. I did not have much time.

I really like the seeds I mix them in my yogurt. They are very small seeds and they mix with anything. They are great.

I don’t understand how something like this can be sold on this platform. It’s just gross to find live, moving worms in it.
