I bought this mattress for our guest room but ended up sleeping on it for quite a few nights just to test it as it looks so comfy. The foam quality seems to be much much better than the other one we bought a few months ago and was slightly cheaper. As they say, you get what you pay for, but in this case, the price difference was only a few pounds. Which makes this mattress much better value. The comfort level is excellent for my liking, not too soft and not too hard. The cover on top is removable ( hence I was able to check the foam quality). Brilliant buy.

I am writing this review after 3.5 yrs and I am in the process of looking for a replacement mattress! I have been wondering if there is any point in buying another of these more budget priced memory foam mattresses or going for a more expensive one which comes with a 10 or 15 year warranty! By the time I replace the mattress every few years (it could have been sooner as it sagged a long time ago) it will probably cost me as much if not more, and my sleep will have been affected by the sagging mattress and subsequent pain!I paid £185 for the king size in January 2018. It was delivered quickly and I carried it upstairs to my room. It was delivered tightly rolled and wrapped in plastic sheeting. When I went to open the packaging I noticed someone had caught the package on something and taped over the hole! However, there was also a chunk ripped out of the mattress!I contacted the seller and they arranged for the courier to collect it and sent out a replacement. This only took a few days but was an inconvenience.At first the mattress seemed ok. It was comfortable and reduced my back pain. I had read other reviews about it sagging but decided to try it as it was more affordable! However, it didn't take long (about a year) for the mattress to begin to sag. I even bought sheets of MDF to put under the mattress thinking it was the slats that had sagged! But the sagging is still there and now it looks like a giant crater in the middle of the bed and offers no support whatsoever.If you want this for a light person or child or for a spare bed you would probably be ok but I wouldn't recommend it for two heavy people on a permanent basis.If you got to the end of this review, I hope you found it helpful!😁

Very hard. Causes back pain. And less than 18 months after purchasing this mattress I am in the process of buying a new one. The foam has colapsed/sunk leaving two very uncomfortable ditches in the bed where we sleep. Would not recommend. Probably could have done with replacing at 9-12 months!

Fantastic memory foam mattress. Had the best nights sleep ever !! Highly recommended.

Good for a few months and then gets compacted and loses most of its shape. Therefore not recommended for anyone who wants a long-term mattress.

After the first night I ask to return the mattress, after the third night I cancelled the return order and kept themattress, after the third night the mattress became quite firm and very comfortable. if needed I would buy another.TW Dawlish

Product used for bedding. It quite cool, the only thing is that they need to add some perfume to torn down the original smell.

after years of having to replace my sons mattress every 18/24 months. (He has autism and back bounces on the bed) hence the amount we go through and springs just break! This is great comfy mattress at a lower cost then the named brands.
