I needed some gloves to help NOT touch my face at the gym
The nation, indeed the whole planet, is very concerned over the latest virus outbreak, COVID-19 (for good reason) and we are being advised to be diligent, wash our hands and DO NOT touch our faces while out in public. One wonders, "HOW do I NOT touch my face??" For those of us who work out at a gym, this question becomes a serious problem. I mean, really! HOW, when you're working out, sweating, and such, do you NEVER touch your face? I went back in my mind to when I was a medic in the military and I remembered something about sterile procedure. Surgical GLOVES! Now, this isn't for sterile procedure but I remembered that wearing gloves always made me REALLY aware of my hands and what my hands were doing. "Automatic" behavior with my hands was gone because the gloves made me really aware of my hands and what I was doing with them. Also, I know that during the winter when I wear gloves, I don't like to touch my face because the texture of the gloves feels odd on my facial skin. So I looked for a pair of full-finger workout gloves and found these. They looked like they'd do the job so I ordered a pair. Today I got my new gloves and they look awesome. They're much nicer than I thought they would be. The fit is great (true to size) but the real test was to use them at the gym so off I went and guess what? SHAZAAM! They worked like a charm! 1) I didn't touch my face because, as I thought, the gloves kept me VERY aware of my hands. 2) They worked very well with the lat pulldown machine and other equipment. I couldn't be happier. PS For those of you who are thinking, "I have the half gloves with the fingertips cut off. Those should be ok." That type of workout glove didn't help me. I have two pairs of regular gym workout gloves (fingertips cut off) but because the fingers aren't covered I am STILL inclined to touch my face (to scratch or wipe away sweat, whatever) however that might just be me. These gloves are fabulous. They worked very well for me. What's more, they're nice enough to use whether I should or should not be touching my face. I'm a happy camper. :D

Solid, full finger gloves for the trail in summer
Pros: Affordable, comfortable, color selection, size selection Cons: Can run short if you have long fingers Recommendation: A good, inexpensive glove. It's primarily black with the pinky finger in one of several colors (red, grey, green, etc.) There's a simple Velcro closure around the wrist. The back of the glove is rather breathable and the palm side provides good grip. A bonus is I can manipulate the touch screen on my smart watch without taking them off. That said, there's a limit to how cool they can be. A good purchase in my book.

Great gloves and protection!
I've used these for biking mostly to protect my entire hand from the elements. The palm padding is nice as well. The backing on these gloves is breathable so they worked well for cross country skiing too. They did up developing holes after heavy use but I've replaced them several times now.

Makes riding feel so much better
I ride my bicycle everyday and one of my concerns is the effect that it can have on your hands when not wearing protective gear. I usually wear regular gloves when riding but have upgraded to these padded gloves, and I can say that it really does make a lot of difference. When riding on rougher terrain you feel less friction in your hands which just makes riding a lot smoother. I'd definitely recommend these gloves and for the price they are a bargain. Just be sure to get the right size.

Ok Gloves
The gloves themselves are fine, its the pads I have issue with. The padding along the palm is pretty thick, but not very wide so it causes the pad to roll instead of cushion. The rest of the glove seems fine, but the palm is where my point of contact is so its the most important part IMO. Even with the rolling pad they are better than no gloves. But I will be looking for another pair with a wider pad.

Good quality, correctly sized, could be longer at the wrist
So far I have only received them, but not used them. They feel ok, of a reasonable build quality. Hand perimeter is correctly sized. Fingers are somewhat short for me, but that is of course much personal. The length at the wrist could be somewhat longer for a better coverage.

More than bike gloves
I use these gloves when I travel long distances in my wheelchair to avoid my hands getting torn up and they work pretty well. I would say I go through a pair every 9 months or so which is pretty good really. I would recommend them for wheelchair use.

Not for cycling
Nice gloves and well made, padding not suitable for cycling unfortunately.
