Salam, Hope everyone is well, 
Firstly Devil J stands for Devil Jewellery, the company originally started to sell apparel and other clothing items, this company was created by a family member, since they had to leave the country, I took over the business and stopped selling clothing and made it a retail store where we sell daily items for a small profit. We tried changing the name but Amazon doesn't allow it. We could start another company and then sign up for another Amazon account but this process will take about a year, thus the name was never changed 
Furthermore, There are multiple bottles for sale in Saudi from 500ML - 1.5 litre - 5 litre - 10 litre -20 litre... But you are right on this that it is prohibited to export for commercial purposes, Saudi stops people from exporting the 5 litre and 10 litre bottles in the airport, you are only allowed one 5 litre bottle to be taken with you thus all our stock is either 500ml or 1.5 litre as these sizes are not stopped at the airport if its not hand carried, very rarely we find 5 litre bottles because of the extremely limited supply, all our stock comes from Dubai, Bahrain and Qatar, these are bought from reputable sources and this is why the prices are inflated as we also buy at quite a high price.  And we also test the water, for any harmful chemicals, if this was tap water we would have easily found that out just by a PH test. We have multiple customers who have taken the water and got it tested,  
 All the bottles are completely sealed and we cannot fill up bottles as that can easily be tested and it can be harmful for consumption which is of course our responsibility.
Please stop making false claims, we never sold a 10 litre bottle, as we only sell 500 ml and 1.5 litre bottles, if you order a 10 litre bottle from us, you will receive 20x500 ml bottles, you have never bought from us thus you dont know that we actually dont sell that size, Thank you
