However, when I recently discovered how harmful non-stick coating/Teflon is for one's body, I started researching for alternate cooking material. Thank God for Hawkins, who never fail to satisfy their customers.Regarding the Anodised frying pan, I SIMPLY LOVE IT!!! Yes, food does stick on to it, if there is no oil. But, I did find a small trick that works as a miracle. Rub the pan with a stick of butter or a spoon or two of oil and then it is good to use.
