Broken handle - resolved via customer service
The handle broke after three weeks of use, guess where is it made. Update: The issue was resolved with customer service , they sent a new backpack. I would give 5-star for customer service and they way they've taken care of the problem, but I would still give 3-star for the product as I don't feel confident it won't brake again. We need USA manufacturing back and I am willing to pay for the quality.

Sturdy if You’re Not Rough On It Like I Was
After one semester of very rough use it’s still going strong. The handle sometimes gets stuck but I think that’s because I’m so tough on it. The bag itself is still great, it’s just the extending handle.

Best backpack ever!
Best backpacks we’ve tried! Our first Tilami rolling backpack lasted two school years! We just bought our second one for school this year! They are not to bulky but super roomy to fit all school supplies. Definitely worth the price!
