I am fine cooking with oregano spice, but drinking this (diluted a drop with a cup of water) still made my stomach feel uneasy and the scent (or odor) was too strong. I won’t return it since I’ve used it. Maybe I’ll just use in my diffuser.Think twice if it’s your first time trying to use the oil to drink. 2 stars.Update: giving two more stars if I use it in the diffuser. I like the smell, especially paired with a few other oils such as lemon, mint or lavender.

Best Oil of Oregano that I’ve found! I have issues with swallowing pills. When I am sick, I have to take gummy or liquid form of medicines. I had a friend speak of how many benefits you can get from oil of oregano! So I found this product and it has become a “Must Have” item in our house! The taste is not great and can leave more of an “after” taste when taken certain ways. I don’t use it daily as with all research it tells you to not use it for an extended period. But when I am feeling the least bit under the weather- I immediately start taking it . One way it has worked best for me to take it is that I take a medicine cup and put about 15 ml of blue Powerade and then 5 drops of this oil of oregano and then down it quick. I love this product along with its price! It is very effective in shorting the time it takes for me to over my sickness.
