It is a good product. It is very reliable and easy to use. It has good performance for the money paid. I have been using two of them for six months.

Best product with best warranty period

Good product. No issues after one year of use with Hammer unit, Chisel quality is not great.

First, this machine works well. I have used it just for my domestic purpose. It works pretty good for beginer. Only thing which irritate me while working is hammer weight which is heavy and drain my lot of energy therefore it took lot of break and time. My work was not major but it did smoothly. Seller Packaging was bit worrisome, it came in just product case package. No amazon packaging cover, no thermocol or any wiegh protection only amazon duct tape around. Before opening i had to video it just in case if somebody cheats. Fortunately, all item was there. Hammer case is not good quality very thin plastic case not hardened enough to keep things above the case and case cover does not shut fully, gap can be seen in locked position. For commercial purpose i would go for high end but the product price is very appealing. This product has only one mode that is for breaking or demolition purpose, it cannot make drill or hole. Got two bits chisel which i felt bit inferior in quality but yeah i can get good quality bit in local market, other than that this machine worth of money. I highly recommend it to amazon buyers ( my personal opinion is for domestic work only) got extra 6 months warranty through online registration. One thing after owning this machine is I can do some minor or heavy work without hire professional. IBELL TOOL customer service responded till now. My only concern in future will be the product durability and its service maintainance which iam sure i won't get it in my place.
