No one including doctors has been able to figure out what was wrong with her (Liver cancer, Bone cancer, or something else). Now she has extreme symptoms of PBC which is a disease of the bile ducts in the liver. Beta glucan seems to be a godsend in helping treat this disease and maybe even help heal and reverse some of this damage to the liver by the excess bile. I stumbled on the fact that excess bile can be carried out in fecal matter how long with excess cholesterol when taking Beta Glucans. This is a win-win since it results in a natural way for PBC improvement without synthetic drugs like Questran. There are many cases of suicide due to this itching effects from this disease, so it’s very serious.
