After wiring does this sysem dispatch the fire department?

Absolutely not. For one thing, it has no such capability of its own -- you would need a fire alarm control panel (FACP) with a further communicator. Also, just while it's sitting there "after wiring", it doesn't do anything until power is applied to the FACP and someone manually pulls the switch to trigger the alarm.

How does it install into the homes power supply? Having trouble installing this.

You need to hire an electrician to eire it through the walls or you can wire it to an external electrical adapter like an a 12V AC adaptor.
