I’ve been using Aconitum napellus and have personally found it helpful when my anxiety starts to feel overwhelming. How can people live without homeopathy? I have always wondered that. What does moms do when their little ones have a fever, have a tummy ache, am insect bite, a headache , s cold ,a flu, a sore throat, cough, food poisoning etc etc do they give them those over the counter pharmaceuticals every time, do they run to the hospital and give them those anti biotic that reduce their immunity? Ladies do yourself a favor and please learn more about homeopathy, you will be so thankful once you start using this. You can save those hospital trips. That being said Aconite works amazing for anxiety and panic attacks. It has many other uses such as a sudden onset fever, ( if it is high fever go for Belladonna). Etc etc. There needs to be a homeopath for every household. I have 2 homeopaths that I consult with. Nothing beats homeopathy. I have been cured of many many things like anxiety ( my PCP wanted to put me on antidepressants) , perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, my arthritis and but to mention the usual fever, cold, flu etc i am so grateful for these remedies and my homeopaths.
