No gas, no bloat just comfort
I am a person who loves broccoli, cauliflower and most of the gas producing foods. I have used this product for lunch and supper the day after I received it. IT WORKS. No bloating or gas. Take two pills before you take your first bite of food. If you take them after you eat, you may at times wait a while if you are having dessert, at which time your digestion has begun, with the possibility that gas is starting to form.

I have been using Beano as needed for years. It really helps prevent gas when you take it before eating something that you know may cause gas. High fiber foods often can cause gas. This really helps control that. I highly recommend Beano.
