I used henna for many years and I am happy to find the same quality in this. I followed the instructions and added out of curiosity a tablespoon of castor oil. It came out very nice and smooth. I'm now back to a natural all brown from almost a full pure white. Mixed about a teaspoon of each powder in a small dish with half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a small amount of warm black coffee to make a smooth paste. Applied to my beard (goatee) with a small brush, covered with cling film and applied a bandage round my chin and head to secure and keep the heat in. Removed after 3 hours, rinsed only with warm water.
