It was good enough for them What do Charles Dow, Jesse Livermore, and Richard Ney have in common? They used volume and price to anticipate where the market was heading next, and so built their vast fortunes. For them, it was the ticker tape, for us it is the trading screen. The results are the same and can be for you too. You can be lucky too I make no bones about the fact I believe I was lucky in starting my own trading journey using volume. To me it just made sense. The logic was inescapable. And for me, the most powerful reason is very simple. Volume is a rare commodity in trading - a leading indicator. The second and only other leading indicator is price. Everything else is lagged. It's a simple problem As traders, investors or speculators, all we are trying to do is to forecast where the market is heading next. Is there any better way than to use the only two leading indicators we have at our disposal, namely volume and price? And such a powerful solution In isolation, each tells us very little. After all, volume is just that, no more no less. A price is a price. However, combine these two forces together, and the result is a powerful analytical approach to confidently forecasting market direction. What you will discover This book takes all the principles from A Complete Guide To Volume Price Analysis and applies them across all the timeframes with over 200 worked examples, all annotated and with a full explanation of the key lessons. So whether you're a day trader or longer-term investor, this book is the perfect platform to set you on the road to success and join those iconic traders of the past. Review: If your learning style is examples, this book ROCKS! - Love this book. Examples. Examples. EXAMPLES!!! This book is full of outstanding examples that made Volume Price Analysis really understandable for me. I had read her first book, but could not easily translate VPA theory into consistent chart reading. The examples with good explanations in this second book changed all of that. And, of course, applied study of those examples. I can say that sometimes I found myself disagreeing with or not understanding her explanation. But, as I went through the example a few times, I would finally see how the explanation fit. Kind of like how I got through calculus and above as well as physics: work problems (examples). Then repeat (and repeat) until learned. By the way, KUDOS for the best use of a Kindle. I read on my iPad mostly and sometimes on my computer. Whatever technique was used on this 2nd book to make the charts easily zoom, do more like this. I can zoom the charts easily. Also, I am happy that I bought both of Ms. Coulings books on Volume Price Analysis. The first one explains it very well, but -- for me at least -- too much theory and not enough examples for me to fully get the subject. Again, back to how I learned math and physics: a little theory, then lots of hands-on study of problems/examples. This second book works well with my learning style. Review: Great read! - Great author, very informative!

This book is a jewel
I recommend strongly this book to anyone that trades in the stock market, no matter which timeframe or strategy. I have read it and re-read it and built a manual with all the candle variations it teaches. This book is truly a money making machine.

Not Compatible with Kindle.
Cannot read on my Kindle. This should be made clear in the description, not hidden away in the "fine print". Yes I can read it on my PC, but I cannot carry my PC in my pocket!

Book of examples - not a teaching source
If you want to learn about the volume price theory (what is, how to use), get the authors first book. This is a book full of chart examples. Still very instructive and informative to go through real examples, but not the book to teach you the subject. And volume price is a great trading tool.

And they call me the Chart-master
I ain't got nuthin' on Anna C. I've learned charts from many other masters but after learning from Anna's books there's no better information I need to make my decisions as a retail investor. Adding VPA and VAP with price can give investors and traders a better look at what's really goin on before entering or exiting a trade. If you want the "real game" on understanding the candles, charts and insiders and why they're doing what they're doing then get Annas books and make better decisions for yourself in the future. Thanks Anna. -wallstsmarts

A must Read for Traders and Investors.
One of the three must must reads on Volume Analysis. probably the best read on Volume analysis and the easiest .This book will teach you how to identify Supply and Demand. Thus telling you when to get into an investment and when to get out, also when to stay in an investment and when to go short. This a great Book for investors but the content is a lot better for those who actively trade the markets.

Best trading book ever...
Forget about All you have learned about trading stocks, futures and forex, and read, breathe and study only this. I suggest, after this book, the one from David Weis, Trades About to Happen.
