Hi. Where is the ground wire to be attached?

I attached it to one of the screws in the cabinet. If your not worried about any moisture the ground will not matter anyway

They are not overly loud especially when installed in a cabinet. The slight hum is hard to hear at all for me anymore.

Looking to use these to mod an old stereo receiver. Anyone know if they would work?
